Welcome To The Coastal Culinary Odyssey Blog
Welcome to my brand new Coastal Culinary Odyssey blog. The first odyssey is scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2007. We will be visiting a restaurant in Apalachicola, Florida.
My taste buds are dancing in anticipation of sampling some of the fabulous creations by Chef Eddie of the Magnolia Grill. Chef Eddie is considered to be one of the culinary super stars of Florida, so I am delighted that our first jaunt will take us to his restaurant.
This Coastal Culinary Odyssey is part of a monthly series that will be launching in the exciting new Everyday Living Magazine. Each month we will be jaunting along the North Florida waterways to taste what's cooking in our special part of the world.

Once we get coasting along with this project, I am going to start researching grants. I think these adventures would make a great Florida television series.
